Hong Kong phooey

Hong Kong phooey is a weird but funny cartoon. bassicly its were a dog called Hong Kong phooey and his cat sidekick fight crime so what happens something bad happens and Hong Kong phooey and his sidekick comes to save the day. know Hong Kong phooey has no clue on what to do when it comes to saving the day so the cat does all the work and at the end Hong Kong phooey says.
